change is NOT the only thing that is constant in this world. "change" takes place at different rates depending on environment and the drive behind the change, and may not stay at the same rate.
constant would be something like Boltzmann constant, Euler's number, Avogrado's Number, they stay the same throughout, you know what i mean!
